Refund and Cancelation Policy

As a leading foreign shooting and Execution service provider, WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION relies on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every booking.

WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION Return Policy

Our return policy for all WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION Assignments and projects booking is as follows:

WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the return or Western Pacific Production of any assignment booking or services booking using our services within 15 days from the date of booking for foreign land. For recurring billing services of foreign shooting, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 15-day return period. Beyond this day if applied for refund, so it will not be possible to refund the booking beyond date, due to your services booking or appointment bookings will be remit or paid to the foreign land which will be not able to refund after 15 days. If the shoot equipment’s or services are booked in domestic land in India, so the booking refund shall be process within 7 days, as it is local distribution of the technical department, the payment will be release to the technical department or the equipment vendors so the payment will be refund if you applied for refund before 7 days.

 

(Note: in all refund cases 18% of the service charge will be deduct from the booking or entire services payments.)

 

In Urgent Bookings for Services or Full Payment for Equipment vendors or any other technical services

 

If customer applied for urgent booking for shooting or meeting in prior basis, and if any case they cancelling the date technical changes, the booking or payment will not be refund once prior service will be operate by customer services.

 

If a customer requests a return and the return is approved by WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION accounts, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in whole within 15 working days. If the return is for a recurring billing hired product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product will also result in cancellation. Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original deducted account. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return. Also if any technical issues found so customer may provide the same account details and transaction details to our account department.

When a project or appointment is canceled, the customer generally receives a full refund excluding the mentioned note above before 15 days. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding shooting vendor and affiliate accounts with talent manager or agency, location manager, or foreign line producer. Due to the digital format of WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION, when a service is canceled the customer retains the cancelation and, in many cases, the customer has received a benefit from the product prior to the return. In such cases, WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price from the paid amount.

Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. If you find a services provided through WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention so that we may take corrective action.

 

Reasons Why a cancelation May Be Refunded

WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality service with full of satisfaction for their film making experience. To promote customer satisfaction, WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION reserves the right to reverse a services, including but not limited to the following:

  • If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 15 days of booking;

  • If the vendor, manager or agency of the project requests a return on the customer's behalf within 15 days of booking or payments, if our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return;

  • If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;

  • For any other reason WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION deems appropriate.

WESTERN PACIFIC PRODUCTION Cancellation Policy

A customer may cancel a booking and payments for Execution services with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments.
